Attention:

 

We request your understanding that none of our prepared documents for your use as a part of visa processing/documentation are allowed to be shared/published to any party or in any of the social channels (Linked In, Facebook, and any similar) even after your service period with us.

 

Please be informed that we shall be collecting your signatures on every prepared document by us, on your behalf, for your submission to the respective consulates. The signed documents will be asked to share back through your registered email IDs with us, to our company mail accounts thus agreeing to the mentioned terms.

 

Disciplinary Consequences :

We are entitled to take data violation action on you, charging a penalty amount in accordance with our company policy grounds (thrice the service charge to be paid by the party/client/applicant, to whom the documents were shared /prepared from our end), issued through Legal bodies associated to our firm, if in case of any such practice.
